A SPACE FOR ME TO CONTEMPLATE…

Welcome to my blog, a space where I used to contemplate being a Buddhist and being a carer. I was what’s known as an unpaid carer, but actually I “just” looked after my husband who had Parkinson’s.

My husband died in summer 2025 and I'm now navigating life beyond caring. I'm not ready to let go of this 'buddhistcarer' space, so will continue to share mindful musings as they arise.
