I don't do it oft'
Although I know how it helps
My Buddhist practice.
It's there on retreat,
An integral aspect that
I willingly do.
If on the cushion
Certain states can develop
Why not do it more?
Noticing an ache!
Long sits? Poor posture? Too much?
(Existential pain?)
Go gently for now.
Well, meditation
I would like to befriend you
Come home with me, please?
